My Drunkle Uncle Dunkel

This Dunkel Weizen (or Dunkles Weissbier) is at its core, a hefeweizen but with darker grains and more toffee and toasted character. It is a light copper cloudy beer with a slightly off-white head. It has banana and clove aromas from the wheat yeast, with some acidity due to the wheat and features a rich cereal (bready) flavor. Finishes slightly sweet and fast but full bodied. Resembles drinking a caramel banana bread.
