Ten years ago this September, I brewed exactly the beer I wanted to be drinking at Lauren and my wedding. Beneficiaries of Chance was a simple and expressive pale ale brewed with a blend of my favorite hops. To celebrate our tenth wedding anniversary, we tweaked the recipe to add New Zealand Cascade, which we hand-sourced during our travels, along with a choice Peacharine hops.
