Our latest West Coast Pils was built to feature one of the most iconic West Coast IPA hops: Mosaic! To round out the profile we used a combo of whole leaf, pellets, and Cryo Mosaic throughout the brewing process, and the result is bursting with ripe blueberry and citrus character with a dry, crisp, and slightly resiny finish.
