A belgian pale ale fermented out with a belgian ale yeast to promote fruity esters and spicy phenols. 100% local Gladfield malt with a healthy dose of melanoidin malt for colour and bready/toasty notes. Made in the style of belgian pale ale which is more similar to an ESB than to an american pale ale.
