Kegged fresh from the wood cellar and served still on draft in the tasting room. For this version of Rhapsody, we decided to share a wonderful example of one-year old, lambic-inspired spontaneous beer that’s been residing in one of our 750L Italian-made casks. It’s everything we look for in a one-year blending component but showing some advanced complexity for its age. We’re often struck by how drinkable these beers can be at such a young age and are very excited to share this peek at a beer that normally only makes it into a broader blend.
