On the Beach Sparkling 2020 is a very limited edition, single barrel, follow-on to last year’s critically acclaimed still version.A blend of White Beach, Major and Browns Apple, this was matured in an ex-red wine barrel and bottled with a little Cryo-extracted apple juice to gain some natural sparkle.
