Made from premium Tasmanian pears. Naturally sweeter than apple cider, Perry is a refreshingly crisp drop ideal with a nice blue cheese. Pear varieties used in the Perry are a blend of Buere Bosc, Packham, Josephine and Commice. The appearance is a rich pear fleshy haze, with a soft bead. The nose displays subtle nashi pears with hints of ginger. The palate displays soft pear sweetness.
