Beyond the Pale, our yearly celebration of New Zealand’s fabulous Fringe Festival, and a chance to take a trip to the very outer limits of brewing - and beyond. This year, our avant-garde offering is inspired by the age old question, what is blue flavour? The result is a bright blue sour beer with a refreshing lemon citrus palate and a lush berry aroma that raises more questions than it answers. Is this the strangest thing we’ve ever brewed? Is it even a beer? Does any of this even matter when it tastes this good?
