Moderate clarity, amber with ruby highlights and an off white head that dissipates quickly. Strong malt aroma combined with caramel toffee and fig jam. Toffee carries over into taste, dark toast and caramel. Low hop bitterness, medium mouth feel and low carbonation. Finish is dry but not cloying, and it’s surprisingly drinkable for its strength.
