Fermented cold with a hybrid yeast which accentuates the tropical Thiol aromas and flavors in hops and grain. No fruit was added yet this beer pops with fruity aromas of passionfruit, guava, tangerine and pineapple. The flavor is mild with hints of dank herbs complementing the fruity tones. Pairs great with the Maple Sprouts.
