Hibernis is a single variety ice cider made with Verdialona Apples from their own orchard at the end of December, the cryo-concentrated juice ferments for six months and aged in the tanks until it hits 11.5% abv, then it ages another six months on french Oak Barrels.Hibernis has been proclaimed the best Ice Cider of Austurië in 2018
