A big burst of blueberry and smooth vanilla in a nicely balanced sour.Brewer's Notes: another fun collab with Pleasanti Street, this time we set to build on a one off beer we did together for MBCC 2024, but this time focused on blueberry. Using over 10% blueberry purée, a huge number of the best vanilla beans we could get our hands, and a touch of lactose for body and balance, a lovely new fruit sour was born.Ingredients: malted barley, oats, wheat, blueberry, vanilla (from Mette Ravn Vanilje Tahiti and Tanzania), LACTOSE, hops and yeast
