The original Thai-inspired Culinary Diplomacy was a hit... so we decided to take this keg of DIPA to Mexico! We infused it with house-roasted jalenpenos, fresh cilantro and lime zest, along with toasted cumin seeds! The result smells like a taco, with just a touch of spice from the desseded Jalepenos.
