Our German ale is based on a traditional pilsner recipebut fermented as an ale, however cooler than normal.This gives a minimum of fruity ester production - just enoughto sense it and no more.Furthermore, we gently dry-hopped with both fruity,modern world hops and traditional earthy noble hops.What we get is a refreshing beer that reminds of pilsnerbut has some citrus notes without stepping into IPA land.Drink it when you want more than a lager but don't want the punchfrom an IPA.The Guru says, "Imagine a forest in the spring.
