SINGLE HOP PILSAs the days get warmer, we finally brewed a real Crispy Boy again! Fermented down as far as possible and hopped exclusively with one of our new favorite hops right now: New Zealand Cascade, also known as Taiheke. We gave this crusher a hot hoppy whirlpool for aroma but wanted to let the clean Pilsener Style shine as well, so we moderately dry-hopped it also with just a wibble bit. So here's to this: a new summer chugger for you!
