For our second beer in our New Zealand hopped line up, we went with a classic American Pale Ale style recipe but dry hopped heavily with exclusively Kohatu and Motueka hops from New Zealand. We get loads of tropical fruit character, particularly guava and lychee with a bright lime note and zesty bitterness. The hop character in this beer is totally new for us and unlike anything we have brewed before.
