Introducing a spontaneous ale collaboration with Homage Brewing, designed to showcase the beauty of terroir-driven beers. Everything is Beautiful is a blend of both breweries' lambic-inspired spontaneous ales. Ours was aged in French oak California chardonnay barrels for a year; Homage's is a three-barrel blend aged between six months and two years in red wine barrels. The two beers were married into one and the blend went through a secondary fermentation together with organic Frontera strawberries from J.R. Organics and organic kiwis, before being transferred into bottles. The result is a beautiful golden-colored brew with a pink hue. A multitude of aromas float from the glass, including strawberries & cream, funk, kiwi, oak, and subtle white pepper. Essences of crushed strawberries, tart lemon and pomelo intermingle with soft tannins and complex acidity on the palate. May you enjoy everything about this beautiful beer.
