We had some bonus imperial stout leftover after filling some bourbon & single malt barrels so we figured let’s keg it and serve it on nitro. Notes of chocolate, cinnamon, burnt toast, caramel and coffee with a warming finish. It may still be the summer but it’s never a bad time for an imperial stout.
