Rollick Like Ruby

Описание

Taking inspiration from one of our most popular beers, Hicks, but giving it a more session-able spin. This brew uses roast barley in the sparge to add a roasted note, lowering ABV to a more drinkable 4.2%, and using Cascade in the cast to bring out a tiny bit more hop character (but otherwise using traditional English hops).
