In a departure from our usual technique we cool temperature dry hopped this cloudy 6.2% thumper with Strata, Sabro and NZ hop du jour Nectaron. With lashings of orange juice and tangerine citrus notes, light stone fruit, grassy floral accents. This dynamo has a notably firm hop bitterness which harks back to the original fabled (old skool) New England IPA’s before the term hazy became the new black… introducing Old Skool Cool NEIPA.
