This keg of the Fellow Feeling base (with Pinot Noir and Cabernet Franc red wine grapes) has been sitting around for a couple years growing more vinous and tart. We added back a fresh dose of red wine must to add the sweetness you'd expect in a Port wine. Low carbonation for a wine-like body.
