Eureka! hop character has always presented itself to us as a sort of mid-way point between Mosaic and Simcoe. Not necessarily a carbon copy in any dominant way to one or the other but borrowing a bit from both to make something wholly delicious and different on its own. And yes, it’s a hop we’ve come to love greatly. When blended, the best that both Citra and Eureka! have to offer are put on display.We taste notes of stone fruit, tangerine, pine and various transfigurations of citrus with some very lightly dank resin on the finish.
