For almost four years now we’ve enjoyed exploring the regional differences of our favourite hops. Higher quality, expressive hops are essential to the type of modern IPAs we make, and the varying geographical landscapes in which hops are grown can have a huge impact on flavour, aroma, and haze.Named after the bioregion region of the western United States where most of our American hops come from, Cascadia IPA features a heavy dry-hop of Simcoe, Mosaic, and the new experimental HBC 1019 hop from the Yakima Valley. The resulting beer has big citrus, tropical and stone fruit notes. Look for coconut, honeydew melon, and peach flavours.
