Inspired by spicy pineapple margarita. We used our sour beer as the base, blended with fresh pineapple juice, passion fruit juice, and lime juice, which brings out luscious tropical fruit flavours. The addition of chilli peppers from Hunan and Guizhou gives the drink its distinctive character, creating a complex balance of sour, sweet, and a gentle kiss of spiciness.
