Made from a blend of perry pears including: Blakeney Red, Red Pear, Red Longdon, Gin, Oldfield & Butt, that were harvested in late October, from Herefordshire orchards. Slightly darker in colour than perry often is, the aroma & taste suggests figs, dates & pears. Fermented with wild yeasts. Still, medium dry, fine perry.
