Simcoe & Daughter Pale Ale

Описание

Led by Simcoe all the way, both in the kettle and dry hop. A little Mosaic for back up, but this is all about the Simcoe. Malt bill is Simpsons extra pale, aromatic malt and a big back of raw wheat. Yeast is Lallemand New England ale for some extra juiciness.
