Not your typical saison, this beer incorporates honey in two ways to create a sweeter, more approachable saison. Both honey wheat (in the mash) and pure honey (in the boil) give this beer a gentle, natural sweetness. Our house saison yeast, and black pepper in the boil, give the beer the signature spiced flavour and aroma, complementing the sweetness introduced by the honey. This is a saison that will appease the most experience Belgian beer drinker, as well as someone just getting into the style.
