Mining Colony

Описание

A collaboration with Sig Brewing, A grisette brewed with lemon grass and lemon peel. Brewed for coal miners along the French border in the Hainaut Province of Belgium, the Grisette style is a cousin to the Saison and is intended to be a refreshing and crisp all day drinker. Our version incorporates some lemongrass and lemon peel to lend a bright citrus character. Conditioned with brettanomyces to dry it out and create some funky complexity.
