Apple Mead 2019

This spontaneously fermented apple mead is made with apples from the historic Frydenlund orchard north of Copenhagen, dating back to 1722. These were mixed with light spring honey from apple and rapeseed blossoms and dark, spicy clover honey. It's sweet, tart and aromatic. Enjoy.
