Hope Shiraz Sour

This farmhouse style sour beer is an elegant combination of 2022 Shiraz juice from our Pokolbin Hunter Valley block (20%) and kettle soured Weiss beer (80%). The beer was co-fermented in 5-year-old French Oak Hogsheads for one month and then matured in barrel on lees for three months before being racked and canned with minimal filtration. This process has produced an elegant and moreish beer that pours a vibrant pink colour with short head retention. Raspberry aromas and forest berry flavours make it a refreshing and satisfying beer.
