Ideally, it should be sampled at 8C in order to fully appreciate the sophistication of its caramelised taste. A mixture of caramel and chocolate malts bring out its dark colour and chocolaty flavour, hints of coffee and full-bodied nature. Its creamy, full head carries a fresh bitterness across the palette.
