Passion Grove

Описание

We start with fresh California Orange blossom honey and marry it with pure Rocky Mountain Water. The resulting must is then fermented at over 6200 feet above sea level in Castle Rock, Colorado. Our high altitude environment produced super clean and crisp fermentations allowing the wonderful orange blossom honey to shine through. Finally we lightly age the mead with oak to round out its exceptional character.
