We've used Hallertau Blanc, Mandarina Bavaria and Saphir hops in this filtered wheat beer. It's light and spritzy with a lower pH to give great acidity, much like some white wines. The wheat beer flavours of clove and banana are equally balanced and slightly muted compared to traditional examples, like our own Heidi Weisse. Citrus flavours with white stone fruits. A real sunshine beer.
