Kettlesoured Berliner Weisse brewed with pilsner malt, wheat malt and a bit of light colored caramel malt to give the beer a smooth and soft texture.Generous amounts of cherry, blackberry and blackcurrant added during fermentation providing a lovely red color as well as the intense fruity aroma.
