Sour cherry and coconut. During these dark and Scandinavian winter nights, our Brew Team experimented with a fruited and spiced version of one of our favourite dark beers, Eternal Darkness.Sour cherry and coconut in this Stout interplay perfectly with the dark chocolate, coffee, peated and roasted malts. The result is a complex mouthful of sweet, tart, fruity, smooth and roasted flavours.Beerbliotek Experimental Brews is a small batch project focussed fully on exploration & experimentation for the creator to go nuts, gain knowledge, push boundaries, and play with their choice of ingredients and styles.
