Blast offChasing more dank and earthy flavors has been a goal of ours recently. The idea for Blast off was to use to classic dank hops like simcoe and centennial with newer dank hops like nelson and strata. The ending result ended up being more fruit forward with a underlying earthiness. Lots of soft orange and citrus with pine and malt providing a solid base. See you out there.今回目指した新たなビールワールドへの旅路は、より”dank and earthy”なテイストでした。『Blast Off』のレシピアイデアは、”Simcoe;シムコーやCentennial;センテニアル”といった、「クラシックなダンクホップ」と、”Nelson;ネルソンやStrata;ストラタ”などの「新しいダンクホップ」を掛け合わせて使用することでした。結果は、テイストの根底にある”dank and earthy”がテイストを備え、トップにはそれぞれのホップからのフルーティなアロマが実り多く見られましたいも。柔らかなフローラルなオレンジアロマとホワイトグレープやピーチのヒントが潜んでおり、Pine:松とMaltモルトがしっかりとしたビールのベースを支えています。
