Many craft breweries have been incorporating coffee into their dark stouts and porters, and we took this concept and aged our lightest beer, the Boracay Blonde Ale, on coffee cherries from Mt. Apo, the highest peak in the Philippines, that's locally roasted by in Cebu. The terroir and light roast of the coffee lends notes of acidic citrus, tobacco, clementine peel, cocoa, and dark berries to the approachable, crisp, and golden Blonde ale.
