Blood Orange & Rosemary Sour

Kettle soured Berliner Weisse, forms the base for this fruited sour. Topaz hops are used for light bittering and subtle fruity notes. The addition of Blood Orange and Rosemary after ferment create a complex refreshing sour beer that will quench any thirst. Our chef created the extract in house.
