Dry Hopped Saison (Strata 4/24/20)

Описание

Eric loved the Strata hops we used in Doc Holihaze so much that we decided to dry hop two barrels of Saison with it. We've recently been dialing back the dry hop usage to get something a bit more balanced from the get go. The tropical citrus notes go great with the Saison grapefruit notes.
