Our Mocha Imperial Stout Underwent triple fermentation, aged 12 months in brandy barrels then conditioned in bottles for a further 12 months. Bitter-sweet coffee and coco nibs, a bounty of hazelnut and vanilla. Roasted malt and charred wood on the finish. It's a complex beer so embrace the underlying tartness and added funk from wild yeasts, brettanomyces and a whole lotta time in the making.
