Leeway

Leeway begins with a base of Connecticut grown wheat and barley and undergoes a primary fermentation with our mixed culture in stainless steel followed by a stopover in one of our oak foeders. Thoughtful additions of sea salt, freshly-ground coriander and a blend of citrus (pink lemon, grapefruit and lime) are added along the way. Bottle/can/keg-conditioned.
