A kettle sour base using our house strain of lactobacillus bacteria’s with a deep and complex malt bill supported with lactose.Then to dial up the complexity we split the batch in two, and finished one half with ridiculous additions of fresh passionfruit, apricot, mango and a touch of tahitian vanilla, and the other half with juicy feijoa, pear, mexican lime and coconut water.
