This mix is a blend of Ghost Note, our spelt farmhouse ale, and a vintage barrel of East Bank. The acidity in the East bank was on the lower side. By blending in the Ghost Note, which had a bit more acid, we added the acidity and body to compliment the complexity of the East Bank. It's a blend every #teamnofruit will love and will age gracefully.
