Our Maibock is one of the more traditional beers that we brew. Showcasing the wondrous complexities of German malts, hops and yeast in a hefty beer with a crisp, lager finish. We blend an even split of Pilsner and Vienna malts and a responsible amount of German Hersbrucker hops to delivera beer with a malty start and a crisp, noble finish.
