Brewed with 40+ percent of a combination of malted rye, flaked rye, and crystal rye. Fermented with a yeast blend of our house ipa strain and brux trois. We intentionally did not oxygenate the wort prior to fermentation, instead using olive oil to promote yeast growth. Hopped intensely with New Zealand and Australian hop varieties.
