Left At the Caribou

It's funny the phrases that one hears over and over again in certain situations and places. One common refrain here at Hidden River is "Left at the Caribou" and we decided to immortalize it as a beer name. This IPA is brewed with copious amounts of Rye, and hopped with Vic Secret, Eureka and Saffire. Notes of nectarine, light white grape, touches of guava and citrus pith make for a delightful drink, and may urge you to find out where you end up if you go Left at the Caribou!
