The Hop that started a movement and for years pretty much defined the American Pale Ale style. While Cascade these days doesn’t have the sexiness of newcomers such as Mosaic, Citra and El Dorado and lacks the high alpha punch of Simcoe, it is one of the most versatile hops around; combining medium intense floral, citrus and grapefruit characters with a clean and balanced bitterness. The perfect ‘desert island’ hop.
