Elderflowers are a gift from the heavens. For this offering in our Of the Wild series, we harvested baskets full of flowers, and used them as our yeast source to ferment out this small batch of dry cider. Floral and earthy, with a light effervescence and black pepper finish, this one is a truly unique delight.
