We let it be known fairly regularly that we’re huge fans of simple, unfussy pale ales here at Polly’s. At the end of a long and arduous week, there’s nothing we crave more than a pint of straight up, no fuss pale ale. Circumstances now advise that we need to fill a growler of said pale ale, but those cravings still remain unchanged. A four hop lineup of Amarillo, Chinook, Comet, and Ekuanot produce a spiky, punchy, tropical pale so easy to knock back you’ll wonder where it’s gone.
