Aldin is Balholm's most exclusive cider, made from traditional eating apples and bitter cider apples. Fermented first in 2016, then fermented in bottles for two yearsbefore it is degorged by hand in 2019.Dark yellow (straw) colour. White and rich foam after opening. Fresh bubbles, smells like dried fruit, sherry and apple cellar. Complex taste from ripe apples, freshly baked bread, apple seeds, with a touch of minerals at the exit.Aldin is perfect as an apéritif, or paired with shell fish, fish, pork and beef.Limited edition with numbered bottles.
